trace_bb2 is run at the command prompt.

The program reads MATCH.DAT, which contains the size of the matrix and the actual matrix, e.g. a 4 x 4 matrix might read

Therefore, copy your matrix into the file


Results of the program will be stored in a file, MATCH.OUT

As it is written, the program can handle a matrix up to size 20 x 20.  However, we note that smaller p-values allow for larger matrices to be run in a reasonable amount of time.  that is, only run larger matrices if you are confident that your p-value will be small.
